Call Forward
Call forward transfers calls from your home phone to a number you choose, be it your mobile, pager, answering service or another phone. It has different settings according to whether your phone is busy or unattended. Standard call charges apply for forwarded calls.

Call Return
You may know Call Return as *10#. Call return lets you retrieve the number of your last unanswered call. If you wish, you can call the number back by dialling '1'.

It costs 35 cents to retrieve the number of your last unanswered call (except where the number is blocked). If you decide to return the call by dialling '1', standard call charges will apply.

3-Way Chat
3-Way Chat allows you to chat with two people at once. Additionally, one person can leave and another person can join at any time, allowing a greater number of people access to the conversation. There is also the ability to place one person on hold, allowing you to speak privately with the other.

3-Way Chat is charged at 55 cents including GST per successful use, plus call charges at standard rates for each call joined into the chat.

Call Back
If the number you're calling is engaged, Call Back can ring you when the number is free. It will keep trying a busy number for up to 45 minutes, and (providing you have a compatible phone) will alert you with a distinctive ring when the called number is free.

Call Back costs 35 cents per successful use. Standard call charges apply.

Call Waiting
Call Waiting tells you if a new caller is trying to contact you when you are already on the phone. A discreet tone alerts you to the new caller - so you can answer your second incoming call by putting your first caller on hold.

Message Bank
Message Bank provides a personal answering service if your phone line is busy or you can't get to the phone. Callers are greeted with your own personal greeting, and asked to leave a message which you can retrieve from any phone. Please note that Message Bank 101 is not available with iiphone.

Calling Number Display
Calling Number Display lets you identify who is calling by displaying the caller's phone number, providing their number is not blocked, and your telephone is compatible. It also stores the date and the time of the call, as well as the phone numbers of people who hang up without leaving a message.

Multiple Number
Multiple Number offers an additional phone number for your existing phone line, as well as the option of separate billing for that number. Customers have an option of a separate ring tone for your new number that lets you know who the incoming call is for.

Call Forward Selected Caller
Choose which calls are forwarded from your home phone to your mobile, pager, answering service or other phone numbers. You can redirect up 15 numbers.

Call Forward Remote Access
If you're away from home and have forgotten to forward your calls to another phone or mobile, you can still program your home phone to 'Call Forward' from a remote location.

Silent Number
Silent Number allows you to have increased privacy and security by allowing you to remove your telephone number, name and address details from the White Pages™ directory and Directory Assisted Services.
Please note that when you enable Silent Number, your details cannot be removed from the current White Pages listing. Instead your details will be removed from the next edition. If this is not desirable, please contact us on 13 22 58 to discuss changing your number. Directory Assisted Services will be notified after activating this service to ensure your privacy.

Call Blocking
Call Blocking restricts certain types of calls made from your home or company phone. There is no fee to enable call blocking.

Call Control allows you to restrict the types of calls made from your home or company phone. You can choose to bar STD, international, 190, or local numbers.

Line Hunt - business only
Line Hunt lets you add additional lines, yet advertise only one number. As calls come in on your main number, Line Hunt automatically finds the next free line and puts the call through. Callers needn't wait until the main phone line is free of calls.
